Postage

We aim to deliver order as soon as possible (usually within 5-7 working days).

Orders under £30.00 are sent by Royal Mail using their recorded service. If Royal Mail is unable to deliver or get a signature they will leave a card stating where to collect the package from. If the package has not been collected within 7 days it will be returned to Bubbly Creations Accessories and a second postage fee will be charged for redelivery.

Orders over £30.00 are sent by courier. The courier service requires a signature so please ensure someone is around to sign for any parcels or provide an appropriate delivery address. If the courier is unable to deliver they will leave a card to let you know an attempt was made so you can either reschedule the delivery or collect from their depot. You will be sent a tracking number so you can track your parcels progress once it has been despatched.

A signature will be required to acknowledge delivery. The signature of the person accepting delivery at the delivery address will be proof that you or the person to whom the order is addressed, has received the delivery.

Delivery Address

If you are an existing Paypal customer, Paypal will attach the address they have on record to your purchase.  It is the customers responsibility to ensure the address is correct at time of purchase - note, delivery address CAN be edited during the payment process.  If goods are despatched to an old address provided by Paypal the customer will be liable for all costs incurred by Bubbly Creations in the failed delivery, including loss of product and redelivery costs.

If a payment does come through to us and you realise when you receive the order confirmation that the address is incorrect PayPal, please email us immediately with your new address so we can aim to avoid you unnecessary costs and hassle.

Refunds and Exchange

In the unlikely event that any goods arrive damaged, faulty or are incorrect you must inform us within 7 days in writing (i.e. e-mail, post or fax) and we advise how to return them to us for either an exchange, correction or a refund.

**Postage will not be refunded on faulty goods returned without prior notification**

 

 

Returns

Our policy is to offer refunds on products returned unopened and fit for re-sale within 14 days of receipt (refunds do not include postage).  We do not accept returns after this timescale. If you wish to return a product please email on the address above so we can advise you how to return them. Please note that returns are made at the cost of the customer.
