Prices

Our prices are subject to change without prior notice. Any price increase will not affect any confirmed orders.

Variations within the order

If any items are out of stock or if a problem occurs with your order, we will contact you.

Payment

Payment is required prior to shipment of order and can be via Paypal, cheque or postal order .

Delivery

Orders will be despatched in 4 to 5 working days, but usually earlier . If you do not receive your order, you must notify us as soon as possible.

Delivery dates are given as estimates. We cannot, under any circumstances, be held liable for any losses arising due to failure to meet such delivery dates. If you do not receive your order, you must notify us as soon as possible.

We cannot be held responsible for delivery delays caused by any other third party. If for any reason your order is going to be delayed we will always inform you.

Damaged Goods/Refunds .

If damaged goods are received, DIY Bubbly Creations must be notified within 3 working days and the damaged goods must be returned before a replacement is sent.

Refunds or exchanges can only be given where merchandise is found to be faulty or the specifications of the order haven't been met.

No personal information is collected or held by DIY Bubbly Creations for any other purpose than the processing of requests, the payment of orders or the answering of queries.

Please be aware that our goods are often very small and, therefore, are not to be used as toys for young children.
