How soon will my order be shipped?

Orders will be despatched in 4 to 5 working days, but usually earlier .

How do I pay for the order?

You can either send us a cheque or postal order (made payable to DIY Bubbly Creations ) or pay through our secure PayPal system where an electronic invoice will be sent to you via email.

Is there a minimum order?

No, you can order as many or as few items as you like.

Do the DIY Kits include an envelope and insert?

The DIY Kit price includes one printed high quality card, self-adhesive embellishment, cream or white envelope (excluding Order of Service, Order of the Day and Menu cards) and a blank insert. We will add a few extra inserts in with your order as mistakes are bound to happen!

What if I am not pleased with my order?

In the unlikely case that you are not pleased with your order, we will only refund if the items are faulty or an error has been made by us, and on the condition that we are notified within 3 working days of you receiving your order. Refunds are reimbursed minus postage costs.

What do you do with my personal details?

We only collect your personal information for your order. We do not pass our clients' information on to third parties.
